1) My photo is important to me, is there any
risk to the original photo?
NO, All of the work done to your photo is done
digitally in a computer, the photo is scanned and then
corrected. Your original photo remains in its original state.
Our Shipping is handled thourgh Priority Mail . At magictouch,
we know how much your treasured photos mean to you.
2) How will I know how much my picture will
cost?
You can look at the price list to determine an
average price for the damage on your picture. Every photo is
different and requires different attention so the price may
vary. We provide free estimates and you will know the complete
price before any work starts on you photo. You will be
contacted with the actual cost before the work begins. ALL
sevices magictouch offers are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
for 30 days.
3) How will I get an estimate?
After a careful inspection of you image we will
email you with a firm price of how much the restoration will be.
Only after we have an ok from you will work start on the
project.
4) What is the best way to send my photo?
The fastest way to get your photo to us is to
email it HERE.
If you do not have a scanner you can take your photo to a copy
center like Kinkos or another photo lab where they can scan it
for you and place it on a CD.
5) What file type and size should I send?
The acceptable file types are JPEG, TIFF, TGA,
and PSD. The file should be at about 300 dpi but please limit
files to less than 4 MB.
6) Can I send the photo instead of a scanned
file?
Yes you can send the original photo to us in the
mail. However, the turnaround time for images sent through the
mail can be 2 weeks instead of a few days with an
electronic file.
7) How do I send the photo or photo CD in the
mail?
1) Remove the photo from any glass frame...
2)Place the photo between two pieces of
cardboard or like material that is
cut a little larger then size of the photo.
3) Place the photo (or photo's) in an envelope
and write "DO NOT BEND" on it.

9) How do I pay?
you can send a check or money order (through
western union (from all over the worled) OR THROUGH
MoneyGram
( US ONLEY ) to the address above. Make all checks and money
orders payable to WALEED
ELGENDY. It is necessary to
collect your name, address .
10) When do I pay?
Basic Restoration, Basic Colorization require
pre-payment through western union
( from all over the worled) OR THROUGH MoneyGram
( US ONLEY ), money order before
services begin. For Advanced restoration projects, we will send
a low quality file to your email address for your approval. If
you are satisfied with the work all you need to do is pay by
using one of the above methods and we will send you a
printed version up to an 8x10.

What if I am not happy with the results?
We offer an
unconditional Money back guarantee. restoring, colorizing
photographs are not exact sciences. What looks like a
perfect photo to one may not look the same to another. We
understand this and if you are not happy with the results you
